Haven’t seen this video before but have been working on an interdisciplinary theory myself on consciousness originally based on Penrose’s quantum theories but expanded from there.
Thankyou for your amazing review. On AI / Computers. If everything comes from Consciousness and has free will then everything has consciousness - then surely AI and computers have consciousness. By this I mean electrons, particles (disturbances in the field), states of matter are all conscious and have freewill because they are all from the field. Therefore, viewing this through Faggin's theory how can we say AI is not conscious? Could there be different sub types / levels of consciousness and freewill?

There is literally no connection between any two of those things.
